This is a great buy. I skip stitches with some yarns, but bamboo is perfect for the baby blankets I make. The aluminum hooks are so sharp that they catch on spots on the yarn, but the bamboo is wide in all the right places and just slips through! Ideal! I use both aluminum and bamboo and encourage any crafter to try different materials because you never know how things will work together. This kit has so many good features but I was amazed at how many sizes there are in one kit! i am sold I will buy them for gift, I love them so much.
