Correct packaging, wrong condition!
Frame finally arrived. I made it because I finished the project while waiting for the frame. When I contacted them they said to speak to my mail. So my postmaster spoke to another postmaster who was trying to get my package. It wasn't the Post's fault. Anyone who has ever sent my frame got my name and mailing address correct, but the city, state, and zip code were nowhere near the same. That's a big deal. It took a week and a half to call the postmasters. I was more upset that they didn't even apologize for the mistake. They just told me to send an email.
