NO CUT - NO MEASUREMENT
I was delighted when my handicap plate set arrived. I believe the extreme heat combined with the sizzling heat in the car caused the disabled sticker to warp a bit. This crease made it difficult for the decal to stay in place over the rearview window. The sign holder is cut to a standard size suitable for disabled stickers. No cutting or measuring required - simply slide the decal into the mount for a perfect fit. So now I can show my disabled badge without having to worry about it slipping off. Perfect!
