Review on 🌬️ Nordic Pure 14X20X1 Pleated Air Filter - Superior Performance and Durability by Fernando Beck

I am in Wildfire Country, California. I ordered 6 packs of these filters, nominal size 14x 20 x 1 and installed a new one this morning Instead of the usual fit to the oven frame there was (perhaps) a significant gap - note my air return is at the top and I can usually put a new filter in and it stays on while I clean the grate, this one fell out. The filter I'm comparing it to is a 14 x 20 x 1 'Honeywell' sold in HD and made by Flanders Filter in North Carolina. Actual size Honeywell: 13 3/4" x 19 3/4" x 3/4". Nordic measures 13 1/2" x 19 1/2" x 3/4". The second issue is that the Nordic filter paper frames don't have an individual FPR or MERV rating like Honeywell/HD does, so it's not obvious to me. that they meet this specification. I turned on the oven fan and the filter was pulled over the inner frame of the return air duct so it seems good enough for the job. I would have more confidence in functionality if the dimensions were slightly larger and the rating is stamped on the frame.
