Let's do without the 150 WPC nonsense for now. I thought the FTC would have quashed that hype in the 1970's when I first got involved with audio. The amp outputs a realistic 15 WPC with reasonable distortion. But for small bookshelf speakers, that's more than enough. I currently have it hooked up to a pair of Polk Audio TSi200s and it could kick me out of the office! Hooking it up is easy: there's a pair of RCA input jacks, plus left and right clamp speaker jacks. There are controls for power, volume, bass and treble. No balance control. No wall wart, just a power cord plugged into an amp. The only thing I don't like is that it has BRIGHT LED level meters. They are good but too bright! The sound of the amplifier is excellent. I really wish it had a headphone jack, but what do you want for under $60? If all you really want is low power and mid-range fidelity, this amp is hard to beat.
