Worked great for trimming my chest

I bought this knife so I could have the right kind of knife to trim my chest the first try. It was great, slicing was easy and I've used it again for other meats including ribs, much easier than a standard kitchen knife due to the shape and length of the blade. I wish I had gotten it sooner.
