No original equipment manufacturer quality, but sufficient

As described, only mirror glass, no back. After reading other reviews about the inadequacy of the included adhesive pads, I purchased the silicone adhesive. I didn't even use pads and installed them with glue. The mirror is a bit smaller and doesn't fit the OEM base plate exactly, but will do. The hardest part of the installation was removing the broken mirror from the substrate.
