I have been using my Samsung Smart TV for about 6 years and have had some problems with it. Within the first 10 months I will have to replace the power cord. Three months ago I suddenly had problems with the electronic guide, which suddenly appeared and did not disappear. Even after replacing the batteries in the remote control and contacting Samsung Technical Support, the issue was not resolved. My TV is 6 years old and I didn't want to change it. Technical support did not offer a new remote control. I decided to buy it because I didn't want to deal directly with Samsung. So it seems to be working fine and the problem has been fixed. But the remote control had to be replaced.
