
Okay, that's a real review. I am not a professional cake baker. I actually avoid cakes because I'm at high altitude and each cake recipe needs to be modified with its leveling amount. When I was asked to make a cake for a big party, I got nervous and searched the internet for tips on how to make a cake. Well, to my surprise, I stumbled across this little bunny from a professional baker. Oh my god, when I say this is my new best friend, I mean it. Cupcakes came out moist and smooth. I didn't have to shave anything to get them even. You should soak them for about 15 minutes before placing them on the cake pan. The manual doesn't say that, but I learned it the hard way. Remember when I said I needed to change the alignment coefficients, that's what happened to the first cake. I only soaked them for a few minutes and I think it helped sink into the cakes as well. Anyway I was so happy when they came out smooth and delicious. People were very impressed. I wish I could say it was me, but it really was because I used those cake strips!
