This thing lets you use any fifth wheel with a Ford wash system. The best I can say about it is that it works with our 17 Ford F350 for two and the price is not bad. We have the Trailer Saver Air Hitch which fits perfectly. If you use one of these photo frame adapters, note that they add about 2 inches to the height of the hitch. I had to set the clutch to its lowest setting to compensate. I gave 4 stars because adjusting the cams to match the shims is a bit fiddly. Some of them are either too tight or too loose with no adjustment in between. It might just be the nature of the beast, but I feel like the nocks need to be pretty tight, which just isn't possible. Too tight and the levers won't close. We have driven it 1800 miles and no problems. I have a slight knock on hard bumps and the only thing I can explain is that a couple of cams come loose.
