Review on Zyliss E900010U ZYLISS Classic Cheese by Ronnie Sorensen

This is a very limited tool. It goes well with parmesan and pecorino. forget it too As other reviewers have pointed out, this thing clogs up quickly with most other cheeses and takes a hell of a time to clean. I've had a similar device for years that has worked great with all types of cheese, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't work the way it's supposed to. This is just terrible. If it was more expensive I would return it. Whatever it is, it saves me a bit of parmesan and romaine hassle, and it's a good reminder for me to be more careful with America's Test Kitchen reviews. I can't imagine how they could recommend this tool. Just walk away from it.
