My mechanic installed these bushings on my 2000 Golf. He said these bushings are much easier to install than OEM liquid injected bushings and they reduce installation time and save me money in the long run. Their only downside is that they are very stiff, so prepare to have more rear axle feel. If you want to keep the factory ride smooth, they probably aren't for you. However my car still squeaks and makes noise so I didn't care and it feels and sounds a lot better than my old worn out bushings. I would definitely recommend them purely for ease of installation unless you are really picky about smooth running.
