I like that it is easy to use for both users who have little experience in software analytics as well as those who do and know all of its features. It gives me what I need to be able to make informed decisions regarding my facility's data quality issues and also allows me to share this knowledge with other departments within our organization so we can work together to improve our processes and services. The ability to compare trends over time is very helpful. Although there may not always seem to be an immediate gain from implementing new technologies or procedures; if implemented properly, they will pay off when problems arise later down the road. We realized at least one problem (which led to many others) that was occurring over multiple years without ever being addressed by anyone outside of the department responsible for the issue. This allowed us to easily identify where our systems were.
