I like that this program allows me to keep track all my clients, their information such as contact info etc., It also helps with billing in which you can easily add charges or payments online without having your client present! Sometimes it takes time when adding new people into our roster but other than those minor issues we have not had any problems at ALL!! We use S&SCP mainly because its easy enought where anyone who has basic computer skills could figure out how everything works (even if they arent techy!).

This makes managing staff easier since there isn't much training needed once someone starts working here so everyone gets up-to speed quickly :).
