Worked better than expected. I figured this was another expensive RV product that could be equated with expensive soap. It turns out I was wrong. Mixed with water as directed on the pack. Started scrubbing. I didn't notice anything on the 1st. Then the bubbles began to turn black, and the roof turned white. When I was done all the dirt was gone except for a really dark mold that seems to be growing wherever it looks like there is wood under a roof. A few hours later I came back to apply the protector (step 2). I have noticed that the dark spots of mold have disappeared dramatically. I'm not saying they're gone, but it looks good. I apply a coat of protectant. I have enough spear left over for the second shift I'm going to do tomorrow. Lots of products to work with. My fifth wheel is 41 feet long.
