I like how simple it is to use, and that you can customize everything to meet your needs. There are some limitations in certain areas of functionality but they do have good customer support who will help with any issues or questions you may need assistance with. Be sure to get all necessary licenses for this product because if you don't, then you won't be able to utilize those features.
