Not really sure what happened to it. A great concept for a home mechanic, although it can be difficult to get started if your caliper is in an awkward position and you're doing the job yourself. Used it on the first car, Honda CRV, no problem. Worked great and a lot easier than C-Clamp. A week later I took it out again for a second job on the Kia Sportage and it wouldn't spin at all. The ratchet did not work even when pressed on both sides. It might be better to use the more expensive Lang Tools alternative. Sent back for a refund.
