The body cracked after a month. I had to pay a sizable bill for shipping both ways before receiving a replacement. The shipping and brokerage costs far exceeded the acquisition cost of the device. The replacement device failed the same way, with a crack in the case. DB Electric refuses to send me another unit until I return the defective unit. This is again too much for shipping. I've offered to send them photos of the failed unit, but that's not enough. They want the broken block back, although I don't know why. I prefer dealing with a more reputable company behind their products! I will never do business with DB Electric again.
