Please understand that I am knowledgeable about car wrapping and the prep process to ensure the substrate is clean prior to application to ensure proper adhesion. The product is great when it works. I have a vehicle where I have used various XPEL products in strategic areas. The car is in a garage, out of the sun and drives about 1000-1500 miles per year. The final application of this product left various V-shaped delaminations around a somewhat complex bend throughout the application. However, I would not view this product application as a problem. The app only pulled out of the garage once and drove 3 miles. When I called to inquire about the warranty, the CS rep asked if I installed it or if the installation was done by a certified installer. I replied that there is. She immediately said that the product was out of warranty and ended the call. I can only imagine what would happen if for some reason this product caused other damage to your vehicle or didn't perform as expected. Good luck with their customer service. Like I said it's great when it works, but if it doesn't it's worthless, especially if you're putting it on a car you're trying to keep pristine for years to come. and enjoy it while you have it.
