As other reviewers noted, it takes a second or so for the water to taper off once you shut it off (it drains what was in the tube above the valve). That takes a few uses to get used too, but is harmless, and feels normal soon enough. Quality is higher than I would have thought possible for the price. My only complaint is that while the description I read when buying lead me to the conclusion it had a base with it (that would let you put it on a metal sink and cover the three holes you may already have there to adapt it to this one hole fixture), but it didn't. And if you want to mount this to a metal sink as opposed to a granite countertop, you need that base. No big deal, it is cheap and here on Walmart, but you will want to order it at the time you order this faucet. Install was easy, and it looks great, and works great, we love it.Can I get replacement parts if it fails? Not sure, but the name brand faucet it replaced, which seemed to need a new valve cartridge every year, cost me as much in two years to patch (not even counting labor) as I paid for this whole faucet. So if your name brand faucets won't sell you the $2 o-ring you really need, and instead make you buy a $40 cartridge, then the fact that you can get parts doesn't matter, because you are approaching paying for a new faucet regardless.
