I bought this to poke holes in some tree stumps to encourage rot. It bent after the third hole or so. I was able to bend it back and keep using it, but you should probably be thinking that this one-off plan is going to be difficult for you. (On the second stump, the drill caught on something that turned the drill the other way and dislocated my arm. It took me several weeks to recover. This doesn't count against the drill, but BE CAREFUL!)
