I don't like that it's not cheap to get started with, but when you do get started your very glad you did! It has been so helpful for our practice in managing appointments/records, billing, scheduling, patient information storage. We have found most of what we need from this program already (and there is more to come!). The only thing we're missing right now is some sort of calendar system between patients. A lot of people want their own calendars, which gets confusing as well as expensive if they end up having multiple providers using them at once. Also, the interface isn't great. Sometimes things aren't intuitive or easy or logical to use. But after getting used to it, its really nice! The best part of this program is that it's very easy to use with any kind of dental practice. I used to have many programs that were not compatible or too tedious, however, this one does all the hard work for you! There's nothing I disliked about using this program. It's been great to make my life easier in the sense of paperwork and patient info tracking. It also allows me to access all my patient files from anywhere as long as I'm connected to the internet.
