A few years ago I built an Eastwood pedal sandbox on my Harbor Freight cab. Every time I order replacement nozzles from Eastwood, they are out of stock. That and all they offer are 6mm ceramic nozzles which are short lived when using Black Blast media! The biggest problem is that Eastwood guns use a 6mm x 21mm x 36mm nozzle and not the standard size! I wanted to try charcoal drill bits as they should last longer. I ordered the 6mm X 20mm X 35mm nozzles offered here. Knew there was enough thread left on the gun to make up the 1mm difference in length. After receiving them and taking some measurements, I found that the o-ring would cover the floor if centered. The original 21mm diameter nozzle entered the bore freely. I ended up cutting out 2 strips of the old remote control page that are 1.125 inches wide. Between coats, the outside diameter became 0.015 inch smaller than the inside diameter of the gun while keeping the nozzle properly centered. The only problem I have is that I ordered 2-6mm nozzles and received 1-6mm nozzles and 1-8mm nozzles. The critical point here is opening each pack if you order more than 1. If I only opened 1 pack and tossed the other in the tool box until needed, I'd have a $20 8mm nozzle that's too big for my compressor outside of return. Window!
