what i liked about it is that it was a lot bigger than the one that came on my 99 k1500 chevy 5, 7 liters was removed off-road vehicle. It seems much more powerful than the OEM but it has a bit of a higher pitched turning noise which sounds louder when the engine flywheel is spinning haha I no longer have dual cranks to start the engine. The only thing was the design of my OEM heat shield, which didn't quite match the starter, but had a slight bend in the magnetic shield mount and, despite its 14 pound weight, fit over it easily. and trying to hold it with one hand while turning the hand screw upside down and leveling it was a workout in itself that compared to the speed of the shop to get the job done in 15-30 minutes.
