A real piece of junk

I bought this in August 2019. I used it to service the batteries on the mountain where we have an internet broadcast tower. It had to be used 3 times in a system containing 7 deep cycle D29 batteries. The measuring device is defective and only CONN is shown on the display. I called support and they told me I need to send and change it at a cost of 109. The company didn't even tell me how to open it so I could replace the failed component myself. This is a known issue with this counter. True, don't make USA made electronics if you want them to last.
