This item was installed on a boat trailer and installation was relatively easy. The product works electrically as advertised and is very bright. The pendant has not yet been in the water so I cannot comment on the water resistance until next spring. A minor complaint: these headlights replaced long-time "standard" box headlights of similar dimensions; the new headlights are slightly lower (front/rear) and therefore do not fully fit into the existing bodywork; Following a "standard" sizing (about 1/8 inch deviation) would allow for this, however the mounting screws would also need to have a slightly wider range of adjustment to match the height of the existing mounting holes. to the industry standard size will provide the best result for the customer in the upgrade situation.
