Small but works well

I did not hang it, I set it on a piece of lumber on the ground on my patio. The stray cat I feed would sleep out in the open even in the winter when it was 10 degrees outside. So I bought it for him. He loves the heater. He sleeps all night next to it. 3 settings are great. I usually leave it on 500 W. Maybe the company should market it for outdoor pets ? :)
