The customer service is outstanding, they have many options for payment methods including credit cards or PayPal to ensure you are paying in an efficient manner that does not require extra fees from your end! They also allow me access via my phone which makes it easy when I'm working out of town with no computer nearby - just call them up anytime during business hours (or after) if needed & get answers quickly!! Occasionally there will be delays before information can come through but this usually only takes about 10 minutes as long at other times we've had issues receiving bids without waiting several days/weeks.

Great platform overall- very user friendly website layout too so finding what exactly needs done isn't difficult once searching begins.- Easy communication between client /subcontractors etc., all parties know where each one stands throughout project process allowing quicker completion time.
