I like how easy it was for me as an employee (and manager) who needed access from home or remotely to view my bills in order to pay them myself without leaving work each month! Being able to quickly check bill information while out at lunch with coworkers would be nice too!! Nothing really comes across negatively when using this program; however there are other programs which you can use if billing matters more than viewing expenses easily/quickly so we decided not go ahead wtih this one initially because our needs were greater elsewhere anyway - but might consider adding some features down the road depending upon business growth & expansion plans etc? Keeping track of phone calls made by multiple employees over different departments within your organization via a single toolset helps us keep tabs during monthly meetings regarding what has been paid up vs still outstanding / unpaid invoices owed between various entities.
