While this is a decent product to get the job done, there is slight play in the main shaft which causes the measurement point to move about 2 millimeters. it's not much, and there are workarounds (just use the farthest point of the movement as the measurement point). The tool is well built, the thread fits your hanger snugly and is strong enough to snap the hanger back into shape. Mine had one of the tiny plastic caps that attaches the swivel (the hands you use to turn the thread into a hanger) broken, but it's mostly cosmetic so I didn't claim or exchange it. Overall, this is the cheapest tool of its kind on Amazon, so I'm happy with my purchase.
