Used these as replacement pads for a recently purchased 2015 535i xdrive. Feels similar to the BMW pads they replaced, good grip tests with panic stops and general pad fit. No creaking, no squeaking. I suspect that because of the ceramic there is less dust coming off the wheels. Oh yeah. Don't forget a new wear sensor for the rear pads. Unlike the front pads, these Akebono pads do not come with a new sensor. The BMW dealer charged me $1,900 to replace pads on all four wheels and new rotors. Said they could only make pads for $900 or $1400 with new pads and trimmed old rotors. You didn't have that guy.
