The folding Golf Umbrella was to have been a gift for my husband for Fathers' Day but we finally got some rain here in the Dallas area the very day that the umbrella arrived and so I gave the EEZ-Y 58" to him as an early present.At first he thought it was too big (long) to take with him on business trips and too heavy, but when he went for a walk in the rain with his new umbrella, he was pleasantly surprised because for the first time that he could remember he his shoulders and back did not get wet and the umbrella didn't seem heavy to him at all. In fact, the umbrella is lighter than my favorite Coolie Bar umbrella. Yes, it is a bit longer than the fold up compacts but the benefits far outweigh that.My husband seems very pleased with his beautiful navy colored umbrella and doesn't find it to be too large now at all. He will take it with him on his next business trip for sure.It would be nice if the umbrella could be collapsed with the touch of a button but my husband doesn't mind having to lower it by hand.Now we'll see if it lasts and holds up to wind as advertised. It seems very sturdy as well as attractive.
