Strong, good compromises.

I am pretty happy with this umbrella. It seems to be well made and sturdy. The wind vent definitely helps for one this size. This is a good compromise between portability, size and strength.Full size golf umbrellas fold up to like 4 feet long which is pretty awkward to carry and store. It wont go in a car easily or on a shelf. However, the elements only have 1 hinge which gives it better strength and less likely to fail.Umbrellas of similar size that fold to 1 foot long are convenient (although…

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The double canopy design may not provide enough ventilation during hot weather

I love eez-y,: my feedback

I have a small polka dot one that has stuck it out since last year so I had to get a bigger one to assist my son and I on our walks to school on rainy days and so far it has taken on some gusty winds and rain very well. It doesn’t retract by button(automatically) like the small version but it does work smoothly when opening and the handle has enough room for larger hands and it is soft to the touch but not slippery. The green is dark and I love it. I’d buy again

Pros
  • Built well, lasted me 5 years so far
Cons
  • The umbrella's handle may be uncomfortable to hold for extended periods

Sturdy Collapsible Golf Umbrella

Used it the first time today in light rain, but gusty winds. Seems to be very sturdy and easily handled the wind. It dried fast. Two adults fit easily underneath, which is what I was looking for. Two suggetsions for the MFG- I have small hands so the cushioned grip handle was the right size but it should be about a 1/4 inch longer and indented finger grips would be a nice touch. On the same not, the rope at the bottom is a nice feature, but should also be a bit larger for bigger hands to go…

Pros
  • The EEZ-Y Oversized Golf Umbrella is incredibly affordable, offering great value for the price
Cons
  • The umbrella's black color may absorb more heat in sunny weather

Excellent Service and Great Product

I had purchased this umbrella in December of 2016, and took it the Caribbean where I was told to prepare for strong winds and spontaneous rainfall. It worked very well for about two weeks, but broke shortly after. The umbrella wouldn't close and if it did, it would pop open randomly without even being touched. I was really disappointed because I have had other products from EEZ-Y (specifically, the Windproof Double Canopy Construction Compact Travel Umbrella), which have been fantastic and…

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • The umbrella's metal components may rust over time

Great service - my new review

This umbrella feels a bit flimsy. The handle is not solid all the way through, and if you don’t hold it in the right spot, the handle bends and the umbrella falls out of your hand. The entire umbrella feels like the joints are loose, making me think this umbrella won’t stand the test of time.Updated review: Amazing customer service! I wasn’t actually looking for any response after my first review, but they reached out to me anyway. They sent me a new umbrella, which is much improved. The handle

Pros
  • With its break-resistant design, you won't have to worry about this umbrella falling apart after a few uses
Cons
  • The umbrella's weight balance may be off, making it harder to hold in high winds

Recommend this umbrella with a five star

I live in central Florida and we get our fair share of daily thunderstorms. The EEZ-Y 58" Golf Umbrella has held up in the windy thunderstorms better than any umbrella I've ever had. After a rain, if I shake my umbrella a few times then collapse the hood there's barely any water left on the hood of the umbrella. I believe this is due to the water resistant material. It has two Velcro straps to securely wrap the hood. A handle strap which comes in handy when my hands are full. The double…

Pros
  • The heavy-duty windproof design ensures that this umbrella won't flip inside-out, even in gusty conditions
Cons
  • The umbrella may not be suitable for individuals with certain disabilities or physical limitations

Nice Surprise for my opinion

The folding Golf Umbrella was to have been a gift for my husband for Fathers' Day but we finally got some rain here in the Dallas area the very day that the umbrella arrived and so I gave the EEZ-Y 58" to him as an early present. At first he thought it was too big (long) to take with him on business trips and too heavy, but when he went for a walk in the rain with his new umbrella, he was pleasantly surprised because for the first time that he could remember he his shoulders and back did not get

Pros
  • On-Course Accessories
Cons
  • The color may fade or stain over time with extended use

Have used this umbrella a few times walking in the rain for a few blocks, and it kept me and the book bag I usually wear on my back dry (my normal size 1-person umbrella would only keep me and not the bad dry). The only issue I can see is that the handle is a bit too small relative to the size and weight of the umbrella, which can be uncomfortable to hold especially in windy conditions. That said, the two-layer "wind pass through” design works great to prevent the umbrella from being blown…

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The carrying case may not provide adequate protection for the umbrella during travel

Excellent buy! - my new review

Love it and the company. I live in the tropics. And if you know anything about the Caribbean in rainy season, you know the wind and rain will eat up any umbrella, large or small. I have lost many over the years. I'v also spent a lot of time getting soaking wet because my umbrella was too small. I couldn't take it anymore. Researched and found EEZ-Y. Sounded good, so I decided to give it a try. My first reaction was that it was a little long. I'm 5'7" and holding it straight down with the…

Pros
  • Umbrellas
Cons
  • The umbrella may not be durable enough to last more than a few years
