This little pan makes the best egg sandwiches. They are great for breakfast or even lunch. The size of the pan is perfect and the eggs come out nice and thick for sandwiches. The size is perfect even if you just want to put one egg on a plate and don't want to use a large frying pan. eggs. Seems better prepared. This pan is easy to clean and will last a very long time with normal care and use. The only change I would make to this pan would be if it had a small metal or glass lid. I cover the pan with a small plate to keep it warm and I think the eggs cook faster and better. But I love this pan and I think it was a very good purchase. I recommend it.
