Good size but unbalanced

This is the perfect size for a single egg to fit on an English muffin. The egg does not stick, although some butter or vegetable oil should be used. What I find impractical is that the handle (although cute) is heavier than the pan. Therefore, the pan will not flatten on the stovetop until there is some weight in the pan. So the lack of balance also makes it awkward when you want to flip something in the pan. When you lift the contents of the pan, the weight will not balance the pan and it will

Perfect egg sandwiches.

This little pan makes the best egg sandwiches. They are great for breakfast or even lunch. The size of the pan is perfect and the eggs come out nice and thick for sandwiches. The size is perfect even if you just want to put one egg on a plate and don't want to use a large frying pan. eggs. Seems better prepared. This pan is easy to clean and will last a very long time with normal care and use. The only change I would make to this pan would be if it had a small metal or glass lid. I cover the…

I like it - but it depends on your needs - for one person it's great!

I LOVE this pan. I read some other reviews that were negative. It depends on your needs. If you are looking for a 2 or 3 egg omelet pan (4 eggs max) then this is the one for you. It's PERFECT for one person. It's made of durable metal with a non-stick coating and works great. Obviously the plastic chicken logo acts as part of the locking mechanism and will melt if exposed to direct heat. This is a small frying pan that can cook beautiful small tasty omelettes. If you want to cook large…

A typical useless thing with a little charm

I love eggs and I love omelettes. I really wanted to love this guy, but the rose flower faded pretty quickly. It worked fine the first few times I used it, but then the non-stick surface seemed to stop working and I found I had to use a lot of spray or oil to keep the eggs from sticking and it is also not so easy to peel anymore. Also, it doesn't seal well so if liquid is left behind when you turn it over, it will slosh all over the burner and stove. This works well for a small batch of eggs…

Great in new condition - nonstick is short lived

I love these pans so much I keep buying them although it's so disappointing they don't stay non stick for very long. I'm very careful with them - keep the heat low and only use a silicone spatula. You don't need oil or butter for the first few weeks if you don't want it, and after about two or three weeks it starts to stick a little and soon heavily. If you use PAM or liquid lecithin (that's what I use, it's cheaper - just a tiny drop of lecithin smeared in a pan) you can get away with it for a
