The tip is broken inside - now unusable
The tip is broken inside and the device is now unusable. In addition, it takes a long time to heat up and does not stay hot when working with cold or damp materials (e.g. raw wood). I would recommend a wire wood burner, which will pass the current directly through the pen for faster response and better heat retention.
