Grill and BBQ cookware worked best for me
This worked fine for me even though I only used it 1x. I layered and baked thin slices of marinated chicken breasts, peppers, and onions on a 12-inch prong. It didn't fall over, wasn't too heavy and the chicken was juicy. I plan to try again with boneless chicken thighs.
