I bought these this week while fixing a colleague's computer. He had a 2012 MacBook and was pretty rough on it. I replaced its hard drive and when I turned the computer over, it didn't have little feet on the laptop case! Crazy! One thing I didn't know was that without these feet there would only be small holes in the bottom of your laptop. When I opened up his computer to do the work, there was literally a wilted, dead LEAF in his computer! So these little guys have done their job, but I feel like this is very temporary. They're basically little plastic legs with cheap double-sided tape, that is cut around the plastic part. I feel like it's cheap because it had trouble sticking to the plastic leg even when they were peeled off the plastic they were shipped in. They have already started to move away. So I believe this is a temporary fix but it won't be permanent for him. But to be honest I didn't expect more for the price. Pros: Temporary fix Comes with extra screws and a screwdriver (didn't use it but have it handy now!) For plugging holes in computer Cons: Cheap tape to touch Didn't hold up well No long-term solution. even if they have been peeled from the plastic in which they were shipped.
