Review on All Clad E785SB64 Anodized Nonstick Cookware by Michelle Cooper

Very good set. My complaint and why I'm coming back is for induction compatibility. We recently replaced our hob with an induction hob and our old Calphalon non-stick set proved incompatible. This set works but doesn't work well. When I first used it, I poured about 4 liters of water into a large pot to boil the noodles and it never boiled. It was up to date and used the "accelerate" feature. Waited 10 minutes and didn't cook. There were small bubbles and the water was hot, but that's not the point. I poured the water into an old 12 liter stainless steel pot and after 15 seconds the water was rapidly boiling. Thought it might be coincidence but tried a pot with the same amount of water with the same result. which work with induction, but not very well, at least for me.
