The best thing about donor hub was its abilityto import data directly into our database which allowed us touse existing fields insteadof creating new ones! It allows one set offields with all donors regardless if they are paid or not allowingfor easy reconciliation at tax time alongwith giving you more control over whatinformation gets exported in different formats (CSV vs Excel). Nothing really - I like how simpleit makes importing donations straightfrom my bank account very quick & efficient without any errorsand gives me total visibilityin realtime regarding where we stand financially soI can make decisions quicklyas needed.- Allowing multiple users /departments withinmy organisationtodownload files easily through group permissions I like how easy they make it to set up my recurring donations and giving levels; this makes it very simple! There are no downsides to using donorhub. It has made our process so much easier because we can easily add donors and give them money at any time without being tied down by contracts or monthly payments. This software really helped us with tracking all of our donors' contributions and making sure we were reaching everyone in need.
