Exactly as pictured. Fixed end hex head with key to limit fixed end rotation. The solid end also has a slight shoulder or oversized diameter for the first 1/4 inch. The other end is a simple hex nut. To install, all you have to do is unscrew the other end. The fixed end is engaged and held with a wrench under a fixed hex. This is the perfect solution for any cheaper bike with a clamp ring already attached to the bike and a key slot in the clamp hole. It opens for a 36mm clamp spacing or closes as tight as a 17mm clamp span. I have contacted the seller. via another reviewer's comment that there is no shoulder and both ends of the hex must be restrained during installation. The seller indicated that such a screw is available, but it is not the one you receive with this item. Maybe the previous reviewer accidentally got a different style?
