I like that this software is easy to use for new clients with no training needed. It's also very user friendly when it comes time for billing or adjusting our rates! This program has been great so far but honestly there isn't anything bad about it at all!! We've used other programs in the past such as Xactimate which was not only difficult to learn but even harder to keep up-to date once we had everything entered correctly. With idpclaimscontracting you can easily adjust your rate without having any issues because of how simple it really is to understand along with their support team who are always willing to help if you have questions.
