Looks good for the price

I was tempted by the small version but settled on a couple of these as reviewers thought the small ones fell more into the toy category. I'm glad I updated. They have a nice feel, with a subtle glass look. They may not float like corks, but that's because they seem to be made out of pretty strong material. The strap is fairly flimsy, but while it might not be the most comfortable, it feels solid, which is all I can really ask for. However, I sent back a replacement kit as the left side was fogged up. I noticed that the soft rubber around the eyepieces was hard and cracked, so I wondered if they had been stored at high temperatures, which could have damaged the seals. The replacement kit was perfect so I also replaced the second kit as it also had cracks around the eyepiece rubber. As it turned out, it only took a couple of months before the replacement blocks broke out of the box. So it's not clear how well they will work in the long run.
