Perfect fit for my 250 F250. I installed a remanufactured aluminum cover and used this gasket. I was initially skeptical about not using sealant as the rubberized part of the gasket doesn't feel very thick and the whole thing actually appears thinner than one would expect. However, a few weeks later absolutely no leaks or seepage of any kind. I used emery cloth to clean the gasket surface and torqued the cap screws to 33 lb-ft.
