I used these on the ends of some 1/2" EMTs to protect the ends from being poked through the fabric. Although the caps don't exactly fit 1/2 EMT, at least the ends are covered. 1/2" models do not. Although these caps will stretch, they do not stretch very much and will not cover more than a few mils over one hole. The fit must be fairly accurate. Otherwise the quality of the part is excellent and they should last for years.
