They sent a broken, used VCR with a broken tape inside.
I received a VCR with a defective tape. There was also a sticker on the side of the DVD. The machine doesn't stay on long enough to try even one of my own DVDs. Apparently never rebuilt or even rebuilt. Not a reputable company.
