expensive camera first, don't call support. What you get is a wait and then a guy who just replies to tell you they don't support anything other than hardware. This is a funny answer because they have a device driver that comes with it and its software, then they depend on the software to make it work, so why don't they at least start troubleshooting you. They didn't do that to me. Don't even try to figure out what could be wrong. Just said "I'm sorry". Good job leadership. You should be fired. Much luck.
