Review on Airtex E3518M Fuel Module Assembly by Victor Ceja

Fuel gauge now working properly

Bought my son a nice Buick for his first car. Big and safe. But the fuel gauge stopped working, a common LeSabre problem. Swapped the whole block although the pump worked fine. The whole unit was cheaper than buying a fuel level assembly! One caveat: you need to replace a connector, and you need stripping and crimping tools. Step-by-step instructions were included and apparently the old connector was causing some problems. The fuel pump is very quiet and appears to be well made. My son got the price of 600 to fix the fuel gauge. I did both with this and a new fuel filter for about a tenth of that price. The Airtex guarantee lasts as long as you own the car, so it's a double win.
