If there are haters of this product, they don't know how to fry. It's also very durable and I'm sure it will last for years of abuse. I've used mine many times and managed to make the most amazing matchday wings ever and the prep time is only about 35 minutes. The flavor is intense, even with your favorite rub, woods and a little wing sauce at the end. I grated some crisco on the last batch and they got a little crispy. When the wings (or thighs or whatever) are done they're still swinging at 500º - 600º after an hour and you can cook other dishes like hot dogs and sausage to get the most out of your coals.
