Review on Insightrix Communities by Matt Hamilton

Insightrix has been extremely easy for our team to use, the customer service is outstanding and they are always willing to help us out when we have questions. The analytics is not as robust as some of our competitors but overall it's a great product! We've been able to create multiple communities within Insightrix that are very specific to each client and also provide cross functional benefits across departments. Insightrix is a great tool. It is very easy to use and has the best customer service. I have yet to find anything that I dislike about Insightrix. It is a great tool for any organization. I have been able to create a community for my company and have been able to reach a much larger audience. I am able to interact with my customers and provide them with the support they need. I am able to answer questions and provide feedback to them.
